I have 3 gb memory in phone an 3 gb memory in car but still cannot down load map. It shows error. Sygic support cannot solve this problem. This is sygic paid version. When I try to down load new maps all maps deleted and I cannot reinstall it.sygic support site says that we should uninstall app and remove sygic folder and reinstall app.

When I uninstall and down loaded app about 44 mb but sygic folder shows 89 mb storage in that. This show that original folder not deleted and new app downloadedto same folder.any body help me in deleting folder from lumia 525 which is invisible.last my request moved fm here and I could not get any support fm community. Microsoft help centre could not take my request and redirected me to ask to community. In communit my request was moved.I request community to help me in solving my problem.
